LITTLE BANNER, far back in the first mile and a half, moved up strongly on the outside rounding the final turn and, under a drive in the last sixteenth, got up to win narrowly. WEE SCOT., well back in the early stages, closed with a rush after reaching the stretch, but was not good enough. ARDOUR, well up to the last eighth, tired when the real racing began. BUYER BEWARE closed strongly in the last quarter to take the lead entering the stretch, held on with good courage to the last sixteenth, then gave way. JACKS PRIDE forcd the pace for a mile, then took command, held on for a quarter, then tired. HAPS PAL, the early pacemaker, tired and was eased up. Scratched 234133 Heno Lion, 106.
