Jesse Armstrong Dies NEW YORK, N. Y., May 18. Jesse Armstrong, one of "the veterans of racing, died at the Mount Sinai Hospital Saturday morning following a brief illness. He was associated with racing for many years and during the winter months in recent years owned the La Boheme Club in Miami.
