Empire City Books Out AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., June 19.— John B. Campbell, racing secretary and handi-capper released the first edition of the Empire City condition book to horsemen today. The Empire meeting which opens on June 28 will be held at the Jamaica course. This issue contains stakes and overnight conditipn races.
