PAIRLET was slow to begin and came to the inside for the drive. PAIRZETTA was a strong factor for five eighths. FOUR FIFTY quit. The latter, hustled into a clear lead during the opening quarter, held sway under stiong handling and was unable to hold the winner. WISHIHADAGAL Ha9 outrun early, saved much ground, finished well and failed to threaten. WTNNTEAHL began slowest of alt and passed tiring horses. PEGGY SILVER was unable to keep up. NEDIANA, steadied early, moved forward when ready, came to the outside of GRAND RlSH, wore her down and was unable to bold the winner. GRAND RUSH was a strong factor from the start, subdued BYCHANCE entering the stretch and tired under pressure. HOT SPARK made up ground. CARLARLASS was never far back and came again ?fter drifting out entering the stretch. CONNECTICUT went evenly while saving ground. SHREWD ROAMER showed little. The latter, prominent from the start and under steadying restraint, came to the inside for the drive and finished strongly. I LOV BRIDGE was reserved early, improved her position on the outside of the leaders, moved to the front entering the stretch, was unable to stave off the winner and tird. MEETSUM dropped back when unable to keep up, came through the field in the drive and finished strongly. CARBONATE had fine speed from the start and tired. SUN PHAROS was outrun to the stretch and was blocked when HARD LU began to tire. The latter took command at once, held a good lead under steads ing restraint and tired when put to pressure. MAXIEKIN dropped back after a fast beginning, worked her way forward on the outside and finished strongest of all. MISS ETHEL was taken in hand when outrun, moved forward when ready mid tired. FRANKS BOY was rushed to the front, was unable to draw clear and tired under pressure. LESLIE JARVIS was unable to keep up. BASHFUL DUCK, poorly ridden. Was sent to the outside and lost much ground entering the stretch. DOORMAN showed little. GOLD MIKE had good speed for a mile. VEILED PROPHET established a commanding lead swiftly, held sway to the final quarter and then tired. HELENS BOY was outrun. MR. SMITH and WAUCHULA were unable to keep up. MEANWHILE quit.
