Horsemen Meet Tomorrow HOMEWOOD, 111., June 19.— The attention of all horsemen has been railed to a meeting to be held in the clubhouse at Washington Park after the last race next Tuesday. Horsemen will have explained to them the application of the old and new federal taxes as they apply to those in racing. The meeting will be conducted under the auspices of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, but non-members also are invited to attend.
