Announce Racing Officials For Arlington-Washington HOMEWOOD, 111., June 19.— Racing officials for the 67-day Arlington-Washington Park meetings which opens at Washington Park on Monday were announced today by the management. The list follows: Stewards — William Hamilton representing the Illinois Racing Board I . Lincoln G. Plaut, George Foster, J. C. McGill, C. J. Fitzgerald, Jr., Larry Bogenschutz. Paddock steward — Barry Whitehead. Racing secretary and handicapper — Webb A. Everett. Placing judges — W. R. Dahlstrom. Robert P. McAuliffe. George Molesworth. Starter — Roy Dickerson. Clerk of scales — William Shelley. Totalisator department— Morton Shaw. Timer — William Cunningham.
