Burton Declines Post HOMEWOOD, 111., June 19.— Fred Burton, who had an offer to serve in an official capacity during the Arlington Park Jockey Clubs meeting, declined it in favor of positions he has held in the past. He currently is serving as racing secretary at Charles Town, and after that meeting will fill similar posts at Hamilton, Ohio, and at Dade Park, in Kentucky.
