Arlington Post Time 3:00 P. M. Week-Days, 2:15 on Saturdays HOMEWOOD, 111., June 19.— With the exceptions of Saturdays and Monday, July 5, when Independence Day is celebrated, post time for the first race at Washington Park, during the Arlington Park Jockey Clubs meeting, will be 3:00 oclock. On Saturdays it will be 2:15 p. m., and on Independence Day it will be 2:00 oclock. This schedule for starting the Washington Park programs was fixed in conformity with schedules of the Illinois Central Electric Railroad whose regular service will convey racing patrons during periods that will not conflict with the transportation of commercial commuters. The Washington Park Jockey Club will follow the same program in connection with post time with its Labor Day card, on September 6, set for 2:00 oclock.
