Ida Time and Raphael In ,641 Daily Double FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 22. A pair of veterans sprang surprises at Fairmount Park this afternoon in winning the first and second races, and the six fans who had tickets on them in the Daily Double received a return of ,641.40. Ida Time made every post a winning one in the first race and Raphael, a nine-year-old who was coupled in the mutuel field, took down honors in the second event, both of which were over the six furlongs distance. Ida Time, overlooked in the wagering, paid 3.60, while Raphael and the two other fielders who were coupled with the E. J. Folz, Jr., colorbearer, was good for a pay-off of 7.60 in the mutuels.
