Fine Apprentice W. DeMar PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 6.—The stewards released a belated ruling today, announcing that apprentice W. DeMar had been fined 0 for breaking out sharply from his No. 1 stall in the eighth race Monday. DeMar was astride Royal Favor, who finished unplaced.
