Hollywood and Santa Anita Contribute to Fund LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 26. John J. Garland, chairman of the Los Angeles Olympic Committee, yesterday announced contributions of ,000 each from Hollywood Park and Santa Anita to the fund being raised to send a representative American team to the Olympic games in London this summer. The contributions of the two race tracks represent one-third of the 0,000 quota assigned to metropolitan Los Angeles, and another 0,000 is needed to fill the quota, Garland stated.
