C. S. Popovitz Dies PIMLICO. Baltimore, Md., May 11 — Word was received here belatedly of the death in Dayton, Ohio, of C. S. Popovitz, owner of a modest string of thoroughbreds trained by Doug Sekicky. Popovitz had been confined to a Dayton hospital for two months following a heart attack. According to Sekicky, the horses, headed by Love Sonnet, will race for the estate of C. S. Popovitz.
