Bowcut Randall Arrival RANDALL PARK, North Fandall, Ohio, May 11. — Apprentice Donald Bowcut arrived from Churchill Downs this morning, and reported to Robert J. Conley, for whom he will ride during this meeting. Bowcufs contract was leased by N. L. Raffelman to Conley, who has here a formidable string of thoroughbreds whom he owns and trains. Conley is a former rider himself, and a few years ago was one of the better reinsmen around the mid-western circle.
