Black Tdrquin Wins Again HURST PARK* London, England, May 20 Reuters.— William Woodwards Black Tarquin continued his preparation for his main objective, the Ascot Gold Cup, with a four-length victory over a solitary opponent, Vic Day, in the ,000 White Rose Stakes here today. Black Tarquin started at 2 to 15 and was ridden by his usual jockey, the Australian Edgar Britt. The race was over one mile and seven furlongs* the longest distance yet essayed by the American-bred champion on a race course.
