Cacomo, Spa Derby Winner, Peabody Memorial Eligible WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 20. — Cacomb, owned in partnership by B. Endovina and P. Kontos, has been nominated to the 5,000 Peabody Memorial, according to trainer A. R. Williams. Cacomo, a three-year-old gelded son of Four Freedoms — Madly, bred by D. E. Holeman, accounted for the 1949 edition of the Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn Park before being shipped here. The Peabody Memorial, restricted to three-year-olds and at one and one-eighth miles, closes today and will be decided on May 30.
