Walters Undergoes Operation CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 20.— Former jockey Chester Walters, now employed as a valet here, underwent an appendectomy at the Charles Town General Hospital this morning. The Crisfield, Md„ boy was stricken yesterday.
