Freeman Hanover Starter In Trot Event at Fairmount FAIRMOUNT PARK, CollinsviUe, TJL, May 23.— The racing program offered for tomorrow night features a 22 -class trot, •raced in two heats of a mile and a mile and one-sixteenth for a purse of ,000. The game trotter Freeman Hanover, who made a starting break in his first race last week and came back in the final heat to reach the wire in first place, will score in sixth and ninth positions in the two-heat event. The veteran driver, Ben White, will have the seat behind the three-year-old William Wells, while his son, Gibson, is set to team Rocco Hanover in the same race. The two colts were raced lightly as two-year-olds and have been working in good form. Perklan, entry from the Rodman stable, a worthy campaigner last season with a half-mile mark of 2:08%, also fumbled in his first start. However, with one race for experience, his chances of sharing in the profits are favored. Other contenders in the field are Ceclias Counsel, from the Dee Stover stable; Lady Jeritza, with Del Cameron up; Nicholas Hanover, Ralph Ayou up; Perkasus, M. Shetler up, and Steve Benefield, with David Willard up.
