Apprentices Holcomb, Roberts Fined in Thistle Down Rulings RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 23. — The Randall Park stewards this morning issued the following ruling: "Apprentice H. Holcomb is fined 0.00 for failure to keep his mount straight after the start of the third race on Saturday, May 21." Starter Bryan Steele also released a ruling as follows: "Apprentice H. Roberts is fined 0.00 by the starter for disobedience-at the post in the first race on Saturday, May 21."
