Sixty Riders Now Plying Trade at Lincoln Meeting WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 23. — Frank Miller, custodian of the jockeys quarters here, reported the riding colony now totals 60 and should increase the next few days because of Churchill Downs ending its meeting. Recent arrivals are Mel Peterson, Larry Grubb, Jimmy McCoy, Robert Montgomery and George South. Don Scurlock returned here today after piloting W. H. Veenemans Phar Mon at Churchill Downs Saturday.
