► 1 Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass. — June 4. — The state racing commission announced today that further investigation and careful consideration has been given to the report of the state chemist that an analysis of the urine taken from the horse Play Pretty, winner of the eighth race on May 24, 1949, showed the presence of a drug of the nature of procaine. After a lengthy hearing the commission found that there was a slight trace of procaine shown in the analysis of the urine. In view of extenuating circumstances surrounding the taking of the sample and explained to the satisfaction of the commission, owner and trainer W. Sedlacek and all horses owned by him or under his control are hereby reinstated. The commission is satisfied that the horse Play Pretty was not stimulated.
