Lady Marquest Declared . WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI:, June 4. — Lady Marquest, a two-year-old owned in the partnership of Mrs. C. A. McCaw, Jr., and J. Johnson, was declared from the fourth race here today on order of Dr. Martin F. Kent, veterinarian for the Illinois Racing Board, when the juvenile "tied up" after blowing out for the dash.
