First Arlington Book Out ARLINGTON PARK, Arlington Heights, 111., June 4. — The first issue of the book of conditions for the meeting, which opens June 20, following the Lincoln Fields - at - Washington Park session now in progress, was released today by racing secretary and handi-capper Frank E. "Jimmy" Kilroe. Kilroe, who is serving in this role here for the first year as successor to W. R. "Duke" Dahlstrom, designed the initial book to contain the opening 10 days of racing at the spacious Arlington Park track. Kilroe, scheduled to arrive here from New York on June 12, has ordered the first issue to be dispatched to all the leading tracks in the country now operating.
