Fink License Hearing Delayed BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y„ June 4.— The application for a hearing by Jules Fink to the racing commission for a hearing on his application for an owners license, which was set for June 15, is postponed. The delay was granted on a plea by counselor for the applicant.
