Howard Resigns Hatch Post FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 4. — Cecil Howard, veteran turfman, resigned his -position as trainer for the Carr Hatch stable thoroughbreds, Mazarine, Ascendant, Unionville and Mrs. Gibson, and the Hatch unit is to be shipped to Toronto on Tuesday.
