SPECIAL ALLOWANCE AT PIMLICO In all claiming races and purse races at the meeting at a distance of one mile or over, the following allowances may be claimed without respect to other allowances, for horses that have never won a race at one mile or over: Three-year-olds allowed 3 lbs.; four-year-olds and upward, 5 lbs. Non-winners at one mile or over and maiden races excepted.
