Return Battlefield to Belmont JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 12.— Trainer Bert Mulholland reported today that George D. Wideners Battlefield would be returned to Belmont Park within a day or so. "He is showing vast improvement and is training steadily" was his comment. In regards to his Preakness engagement, Mulholland was noncommital.
