Brann Stable to Disband PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 12.— Mrs. William L. Brann, whose husband died recently, has announced intentions of discontinuing the Brann racing stable. She will, however, continue to operate the Glade Valley Farm, near Frederick, Md., and will produce thoroughbreds for the market. Eight yearlings from Glade Valey have been consigned to the Saratoga Sales this season, according to Tyson Gilpin, of Fasig-Tipton Co. There are six colts in the group, including a half-brother to Gal- lorette, worlds leading money-winning mare. The youngster is by Pictor, from Gallette.
