Cook is suspended 10 days for making no effort to keep his mount. Fighting John, from crowding Dollys Image and Wild Heiress in the third race on May 11. "Jockey P. Herron is suspended 10 days for permitting his mount, French Navy, to repeatedly bump Billy Bumps in the stretch the eighth race on May 11. French Navy was disqualified and placed second."
