Sells Elmcrest Farm LEXINGTON, Ky., May 12.— E. P. Taylor, r_ . Canadian industrialist, has sold his Elmcrest Farm here to James A. Bohanan n and Leslie Combs TJ. The new owners plan to use the 33-acre tract as quarters for two-year-old i- fillies that they will race and d later breed. Combs promising juvenile, e, Linden Lane, will race for Elmcrest Farm n in the future. The Elmcrest acreage includes t- a training track, and is adjacent to /O Combs Spendthrift Farm on Iron Works Pike.
