Hanley Inks Rams Pact LOS ANGELES, Calif.. May 30 UP,— The Los Angeles Rams of the National Professional Football League have signed Kentucky States Alvin Hanley to a 1951, grid contract, it was announced today. Hanley, a six-foot, 180-pound. Negro, won his conference sprint championship for Kentucky State last year and ranked among the top ball carriers in small college football.
