Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, III., May 30. — Following a regular meeting of the Illinois Racing Board held in its offices May 29, 1951, the following decisions were reached: "Jockey Sam Luce was denied all privileges of all race courses in the state of Illinois for life. "In the case of trainer Charles A. Grande, ruling of stewards at Lincoln Fields meeting sustained, license as trainer in the state of Illinois for the year 1951 suspended for six months until November 19, 1951. Matter referred to states attorney of Cook County. Denied all privileges of all race courses in the state of Illinois until November 19, 1951. "Groom Lawrence Brousard was exonerated."
