Autopsy on Symposium. DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 30. — Dr. David W. Crisman, having completed an autopsy following the death of thesprinter, Symposium, stated this morning that his findings revealed the horse died of a rupture of the pericardial sac, which is the covering of the heart. The gray son of War Relic also had a rupture of the lung, which is believed to have been caused by the fall. Symposium met death during the running of yesterdays featured Wilmington Handicap. He was owned by Max Gluck, having been acquired from the Glen Riddle dispersal sale at Hialeah last winter, and was reported to have been fully insured.
