Silva Held Blameless WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 9. — The stewards here today held jockey Guillermo Silva blameless for the foul committed by his mount, Mister Morgan, during the running of the sixth race on Fridays program. Silva, who was astride Mister Morgan, endeavored to take his horse back repeatedly as the latter continued to bear over and attempt to savage Inseparable during the entire stretch run. Mister Morgan defeated Inseparable by a head, but was disqualified and placed second.
