To Discuss Purse Distribution DETROIT, Mich., June 9.— The Michigan Divisional Committee of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association met this morning at the Detroit_race track and appointed Mrs. Audrey Gabel to the post of secretary-treasurer. The committee also discussed further purse distribution for the current MRA meeting. Harry W. Lindy, divisional vice-president, announced that a meeting has beeh.scheduled for Monday, June 11, at 1:00 p. m. with the officials of the MRA for the discussion of purse distribution for the balance of the meeting.
