Jackson said today that "if we make the decision now," an atomic reactor to produce all the power needed by a city of 100,000 could be built by the end of 1954. Former attorney-general Sir Hartley Shawcross blamed the Conservative government today rather than the United States for no prior consultation about the Yalu River bombing in Korea. William K. Harrison, chief of the Allied truce team, demanded again today that the Communists disclose the exact location of four Red prison camps in North Korea. Harrisons request, in the form of a note to chief Red truce delegate Gen. Nam H, said Communist failure to provide the information "endangers the lives" of Allied men held by the enemy. President Signs Marine Corps Bill WASHINGTON, D. C, June 28.-Presi-dent Truman today signed into law a, bill to strengthen the Marine Corps and make its commandant a part-time member of the joint chiefs of staff. Yalu River Power Plants Blasted to Rubble TOKYO, Japan, June 28. United Nations forces, growing impatient after two years of war and more than a year of "peace talks," blasted the previously untouchable Yalu River power plants to rubble this week. FiVe hundred Air Force, Navy and Marine planes smashed the strategic series of electric stations in the biggest air raid of the war Monday. U. N. planes jwent back again Tuesday and Thursday. When they finished, more than 90 per cent of North Koreas electric works were disabled, much of it permanently wrecked.
