Delaware Notes DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del. June 28. Senator Joe, who was second in the Rumson Handicap at Monmouth Park on Wednesday, has been returned to local quarters by owner-trainer Alan T. Clarke. Also returning to this point was King Mowlee. Dion K. Kerr, Jr., has transferred the plater Kildare to Charles Town, W. Va., for campaigning. W. Randolph Taylor has shipped several of the Christopher T. Chenery horses to Rockingham Park. J. T. Skinner and F. Bellhouse this morning transferred divisions of their steeplechase strings to New York. Mongoose, recently picked up for training, has again failed to stand and was shipped to the farm to be turned out. f
