Assembly Day1 at Monmouth MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 28. Members of the New Jersey Assembly are to gather at Monmouth Park on Monday for the annual "Assembly Day" at the races. They will be entertained at luncheon prior to the racing program by President Amory L. Haskell .and General Manager Edward J. Brennan. The "Owls," comprised of New Jersey women interested in politics, are also congregating at the seaside oval on Monday, and one of the featured races honors the group.
