Son of McGrathiana Owner THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 22. — Tom B. Young, who is training Even Gal, Reinspect, Kangasu, Mr. Dubuque and Genoese here, is a son of the late Col. Milton Young, a name to be conjured with in breeding circles in Kentucky where he owner the McGrathiana Farm. Milton Young won the sixth running of the Ohio Derby with Bootjack in 1881 when the horses trainer was an ex-slave named Brown Dick. McGrathiana is the same farm where were born Aristides, winner of the first Kentucky Derby and the subsequent winners Montrose and Donau. Hanover stood at this farm and the stable jockey was Isaac Murphy.
