Illinois Notes FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., June 22. , Stall applications for the forthcoming Cahokia Downs meeting were distributed among horsemen today at Fairmount Park. Many of the stables now racing here will ship over for the opening July 27. Two late arrivals here at the Collinsville course were D. Granger with Goldy Wise, owned by his daughter, Jeannie Granger, and Child Chatter, owned by R. E. Wilson HE. Leo Menendez bedded down the one horse, Caseys Hope. Trainer J. Merchut shipped the three horses, Desefolks, Gallant Gin and Creme de Cocoa to Arlington Park Monday. The stable is owned by the partners G. V. Ellis and J. Vogelsang. C. M. Reynolds divided his stable and sent Be Quaint Bell, A Plowshare, Pompey Reno, Lucky Good, and Do Favor to Centennial, Denver, Colo., and he also sent six head to the Sioux City, S. Dak., short meeting.
