Whitneys Bug Brush, a leading contender for honors in Fridays 84th Kentucky Oaks, concluded her training program for that mile and one-sixteenth 5,000-added test this morning by drilling an impressive 5 furlongs in 1:033s, over a racing strip best described as muddy and very holding. A trio of eligibles for tomorrows 23rd renewal of the seven-furlong Churchill Downs Handicap recorded final blowouts over the oval this morning with Lawrence H. Thompsons Ezgo breezing three-eighths in :3675, My Night Out, from the Estate of D. H. Wells, breezed a like distance in :37. while Wilson and Hulls Tommys Jet went a half mile in :50.
