Vennes Successful Day MAUMEE DOWNS. Maumee.- Ohio, April 30. — Jockey Robert Venne, who rode for the first time at the current meeting Tuesday, had no trouble finding the winners circle. He rode three winners tsid finished second on the other two of the five mounts that he had for the day. Among Vennes winners were unyielding, who won the fifth race: Is Yours, who accounted for the sixth, and Tenzing, who was an easy winner of the seventh event.
