CAMP FOR FLOOD REFUGEES XFW OUI.F.WS. La.. April 30-Tames M. Murphy, general manag.r of the Louisiana .IiK-k.y Club, operating the Fair Orounds, today tendered use of the plant to the Association of Commerce to provide temporary quarters for the refugees from St. Bernard Parish. Mr. Murphy has also turned over 200 acres of hij;h land in St. Bernard for the use of cattle, horses and other stock owned by those persons from the flooded area.
