WORKMAN WINS MEDAL HAVRE DE GRACE, Md.. April 30.— The gold medal offered to the jockey riding the most winners at the Havre de drace meeting was presented by Edward Burke to jockey R. Workman. The latters employer, F. Hopkins, ace -pted the medal on behalf of the lad, who is confined in the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, suffering from a collar bone broken in three places.
