1 ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES e Harry S. Hart, trainer of the Leo J. Marks stable, reported to the stewards that someone was using his name for the purpose of soliciting wagers on the Leo J. Marks horses. Apprentice P. Clelland was fined 5 by the stewards for striking apprentice Merritt with his whip during the running of the sixth race Tuesday.
