FLORIDAS HUGE REVENUE MIAMI, Fla., April 3. Over two million persons wagered 6,577,493 through legalized pari-mutuel machines during Floridas record smashing racing season just ended. The statistics were released by Walter H. Donovan, secretary of the Florida State Racing Commission. This was a decided improvement over the 1933-34 season when 1,591,024 backed their judgment on the horses. Revenue accruing to the state coffers from racing during the last season amounts to ,400,617.31. Last year the state received ,072,344.
