TRAFFIC DEATHS DECREASE The Police Bureau of Accident Prevention revealed on Tuesday that for the first three months of this year there were seventy-four fewer deaths and 744 less injuries in Chicago. A decrease was also noted in the total number of accidents, which showed a decline of 547. The decline reflects to a great ex-.tent the success of Mayor Kellys "Keep Chicago Safe" campaign.
