ODD STAR COLUMBUS WINNER COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 31. After racing prominently throughout, Mrs. J. Bronnen- -bergs Odd Star lasted long enough to earn a neck victory over the fast-finishing Pan-gloss in the Miller Oil Company Purse, best offering at Beulah Park this afternoon. Although the races were run over a slow track, the weather was ideal and the Ladies Day turnout swelled the attendance. Charlie barely lasted to win the initiaL race by the short;esof margins. Aliwata and Our Gale both came from be- -hind in the stretch to score, the latter in the last few yards. Justa Princess had the most speed throughout the fourth race.
