I BELMONT PARK NOTES 3 At private terms W. J. Ziegler sold to Matt Colford the three-year-old Orca, which was shipped to Rockingham Park. Sunny Lassie, owned by Middleburg Stable and the dam of Sunanair, will be raced through the field this summer, according to trainer Brady. Bert Williams shipped Calumet Stables Count Morse back to Chicago. The colt, in a preliminary race for the Belmont, bucked both legs during the running. Tommy Knapp, nephew of Theodore Knapp, died at his Long Island home Wednesday morning, according to word received here during the day. Trainer Bill Brennan shipped Greentree Stables Black Buddy to Rockingham Park for racing at that point. John Gaver, Jack Healey and "Sonny" Workman flew to Rockingham Park in C. V. Whitneys private plane, but will return after witnessing Trumpery fill an engagement at that point.
