FOUR CLIPSETTA ELIGIBLEsl WORK AT LATONIA LATONIA, Ky., June 3rOnly four candidates for the ,000 added Clipsetta Stakes, five and a half furlongs dash for two-year-old fillies, that will feature Saturdays program at Latonia, were brought on the track this morning for workouts. A heavy rain early this morning dampened the top soil somewhat, but experts and trainers agreed that the course was good despite the precipitation. Hal Price Headleys All Agog and Misapprehension, which arrived Monday from Belmont Park, received their first test over the Milldale track this morning. Taken out late when the track was practically clear of thoroughbreds, All Agog went a handy five furlongs in 1:03, covering the half mile of the trip in :50. After returning All Agog to the stable, Misapprehension was brought out and timed in the following fractions for five furlongs: Quarter in :23, half in :49, and five-eighths in 1:02, handily. Considering that the track was not at its best for the occasion, the foregoing .trials were regarded as satisfactory. Mose Goldblatts lone eligible for the stake, Panay, was breezed three furlongs in :39, and the "dogs" were up at the time the work was recorded. Executrix, from the stable of A. L. and Mrs. C. L. Ferguson, was the only other member of the group given a test. The chestnut daughter of Wise Counsellor Eclipse was timed a handy half mile in :50.
