DONNA BARONA TRIUMPHS COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 3 Mrs. D. Hoffmans Donna Barona led throughout in the King Taste Products Purse, best offering at Beulah Park this afternoon. It was only after a hard drive, however, that she lasted to win by a head from the fast finishing Snoops. Favorable conditions once more prevailed, and a fair-sized crowd witnessed the mid-week program. Maxie Binder, Tommy Boy and Carus Clarus all came from behind in the late stages to earn "brackets, the latter getting up in the final strides." Flying Flynn scored a similar victory in the fourth event.
